    The food was good and the customer service was fine too. I gave it 4 stars only because they give you too many sprouts (looks like 3 to 4 handfuls of sprouts...it crazy) and not quite enough meat about 1/4 cup of each type adds up to less than 1 cup total so kinda disappointed especially since it was really really good. Every thing was delish though and reasonably priced; just order extra meat and light sprouts though.

    Pho is one of my favorite foods. You can really tell the difference in the broth. This is one of, if not the best broths I've had. Must try.

    Summer roll is really good. Pho was also pretty good, but in all honesty I have had better broth. Staff was very courteous.

    Broth was good, noodles ok. Overall decent meal. Missing a significant amount of sauces, chilis and other condiments.

    I had been wanting to try Pho for a long time, but I'm on a restricted diet and wasn't sure if they could accommodate my needs. Well, I had just flown back from Spain and with not much food in the house, desperately needed some healthy food. I stopped in here and they happily worked within my restrictions. The food is tasty with very fresh veggies and herbs. The restaurant is clean and nicely decorated. The staff provide excellent customer service. I cannot recommend them enough! I have since been in there several times. I recently tried pho at another restaurant and they didn't even compare. I will stick with Pho Factory. YUM!!!
